Since 1981, the principals of CPML have conducted this workshop for over 8000 managers in diverse parts of the country. We are convinced that through experiential learning managers at all levels, including front line supervisors, can adopt behavioral patterns that make them more effective in dealing with members of the organization who report to them.
We believe that the hands on "doing" of this workshop can improve communication skills which enhance management's goal of avoiding the costs and trauma of unions and other third party interference. Even unionized companies who desire to reduce the level of hostility have found the program effective both in reducing grievances and employee law suits.
Although is it difficult to adequately convey on paper a total sense of what happens in this truly dynamic workshop, see our Boot Camp page to get an general description of this workshop.
