Harassment Prevention Program
The Harassment Prevention Program is a video kit that serves as a self-contained resource for training employees and supervisors in the avoidance of harassment in the workplace. The kit includes two videos, acknowledgment forms and generic employment policies.

Communication and Documentation Program
With this program, every manager can dramatically improve a company's ability to avoid litigation, or successfully defend those cases that cannot be prevented. This program provides an interactive and entertaining way to demonstrate the importance of effective communication and documentation.

In one hour, managers will experience the challenges associated with inadequate documentation by viewing a deposition of a former employee suing for race discrimination and harassment and a painful deposition of her manager. After viewers discuss the problems presented in the depositions, a third mock deposition illustrates the difference a minimal amount of documentation can provide.

Viewers also explore the impact (positive and negative) of e-mail and the proper way to view "progressive" discipline. The key to effective management is communication and documentation.
